On the 25th anniversary of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, ThunderCon is honoured to welcome Nana Visitor! Nana is an internationally recognized, award-winning actress, known for playing Major Kira Nerys on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
She has also had recurring roles in Dark Angel, Torchwood and the ABC drama, Wildfire. Her films include Friday the 13th (2009) and Ted 2 (2015).

Paul McGillion is an award winning actor with over one hundred film and television credits to his name.
Feature film credits include J.J. Abram's "Star Trek", Brad Bird's "Tomorrowland" , and Walter Hill's "Tomboy, a Revenger's Tale". Upcoming features include "Midnight Sun", alongside Bella Thorne and Patrick Schwarzenegger, the Hollywood/Bollywood romance "Heartbeats", which recently completed filming in Mumbai, India, and the gritty indie drama, "Hello Destroyer", his third film with acclaimed director Kevan Funk. Select television credits include Fox's "24", ABC's "Once Upon a Time", AMC's award-winning drama, "The Killing", BRAVO's romantic comedy "Girlfriend's Guide to Divorce", the cult classic, "The X-Files" and the sci-fi hit series "Stargate Atlantis", where he portrayed the loveable Scottish physician, Dr. Carson Beckett, for five seasons.
Artist of Cosmic Proportions!
Jim Starlin is a comic book artist and writer. With a career dating back to the early 1970s, he is best known for "cosmic" tales and space opera; for revamping the Marvel Comics characters Captain Marvel and Adam Warlock; and for creating or co-creating the Marvel characters Thanos, Drax the Destroyer, Gamora and Shang-Chi, Master of Kung Fu. Later, for DC Comics, he drew many of their iconic characters, especially Darkseid and other characters from Jack Kirby's Fourth World. For Epic Illustrated he created his own character, Dreadstar.

In the Shadow of Vader!
Brian Ian Muir, one of the most respected sculptors and artists in the film industry, has been working in film for over 48 years. In 1976 Brian was asked to work on Star Wars and sculpted the now infamous Darth Vader. He also sculpted the Storm Trooper armour, Death Star Droid, CZ 3 and finishing work on C3PO. During his extensive 48 year career in the film industry Brian has worked on over 70 major movies listed on his website with a selection of impressive photographs.

A frequent guest at Toronto Comic Con, Rob Thibodeau is an artist, actor and co-founder of the art house "With Pen & Brush Studios." His work has been featured in Dark Horse's Usagi Yojimbo 30th Anniversary Hardcover, "The Sakai Project" and he has worked with Mattel toys. More recently, he's been hard at work on the comic 'Hellz Diner,' and has been touring with Color World Books. Rob was also was featured in the films Undercover Brothers, On the line, Bleacher Bums, Plainsong and on Showtime's Queer As Folk.
Jamie Young and his Fantastic Foamtastic Creations will be joining once again with props from some of your favourite fandoms! This year, we've asked him to run several foam-making demos and spray-painting workshops. As always, the interactive experiences with BB8 and a brand new build (no spoilers!) that will leave you breathless!
