ThunderCon and Joey's Seafood Restaurant Bring the DINOThunder!

ThunderCon 2022 is proud to announce Guest Appearances by Kevin Duhaney and Jeff Palazzo, otherwise known as the Blue Ranger and the White Ranger from Power Rangers DinoThunder and Power Rangers Ninja Steel!

“It’s always been a dream of mine to bring Power Rangers to ThunderCon,” says Media Director Heather Dickson. “They’re a convention staple, not to mention being pop culture icons. Kevin and Jeff are Canadian too, so that makes them perfect guests for ThunderCon 2022!” 

Power Rangers is an international fan-favourite television franchise and has been running in various iterations since 1993. DinoThunder was the 12th series and featured a dinosaur theme for the powers, abilities, and assets of most of the series' protagonists and antagonists. Parazzo played Trent Fernandes, the White Dino Ranger, while Duhaney played Ethan James, the Blue Dino Ranger.

“We literally had Jeff and Kevin booked to join us for 2020,” says Dickson. “But we had to cancel due to COVID. They’ve been so understanding about the delays and I’m over the moon that they didn’t get booked out from under us for 2022!”

Both actors are active in the Toronto film and television scene. Parazzo has guest starring on such shows as "Flashpoint", "Nikita", "Degrassi" and "Suits.” Duhaney began acting at the age of 4 and has accumulated over 35 film & TV credits to date, along with voicing of Cameron on the hit cartoon series Total Drama Island.

“We’re excited to meet you all in person,” says Duhaney.

“Bring the Thunder is a ThunderCon slogan,” says Dickson, of the ThunderCon motto. “But this year, thanks to Joey’s Seafood Restaurant, we’re going to Bring the DinoThunder!”
